            Jost Schuyler Tells me that you had told him you had Signed a Certificate for seven years half pay for Anna Schuyler widow of Phillip Schuyler who was Slain in the late war and delivered the same to Abm? Lamb, who was to deliver the said certificate to me, in order to have the same audited, but Abm Lamb delivered me only two certificates the one of Mary Bell the other Mary Hopkins which are audited, if you could set them through that they might fetch them.  Remain, Sir your humble servt.  Jacob G.
